Nature Education Program Online
A free talk every Saturday from 5pm to 6pm, join us to learn how you can help forests, the lungs of our planet! It’s never too late to join the RESTORE movement.
- Learn about the function of natural carbon sinks as a key solution for the climate crisis and the 6th mass extinction.
- Explore the tropical rainforest to understand how it works as an ecosystem, review current threats, and discuss actions we can take to improve our urban ecology.
You’ll leave this session knowing real, actionable steps to take towards sustainability and restoring our precious environment.
The talk is 40 mins and includes an additional 20 min for Q&A.

Environmental Talks for Corporations
Book us for presentations for private and corporate groups where we share knowledge on the first steps to take towards sustainability and adaptability in the face of the climate crisis. It’s everything we already do – just online. Talks include:
- Gardening & Composting (40 min presentation with 20 min Q&A advised)
- Climate Crisis (40 min presentation with 20 min Q&A advised)
- Pulai Trail: Urban Community Forest (40 min presentation with 20 min Q&A advised): A talk that touches on threats, the role of community, and steps for targeted rehabilitation of urban forests in the Klang Valley using the Pulai Trail in Kuala Lumpur as a case study.
A minimum donation of RM400 to Free Tree Society Kuala Lumpur will be charged per event. Email onthego@freetreesociety.org to book.
Workshops
Yes, we can run virtual workshops! Online workshops we offer include:
- Gardening 101 (Duration 40 mins)
- Composting Workshop (Duration 30 mins)
Minimum group size is 5 persons – email onthego@freetreesociety.org to book.
Corporate workshops will be charged a fee of RM400 per event. During Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan, participants may choose to purchase a planting kit for RM35 (not including delivery). Delivery of kits to participants must be arranged by the organiser.
